Creating an account with Hazukiya allows you to enjoy a smoother shopping experience. Registration is completely free.

With a registered account, you can:

・Track your orders easily

 ・Save your shipping information

 ・View your order history

 ・Receive updates about new arrivals and restocks

You may also place orders as a guest without creating an account.

Pre-order items are products that have not yet been officially released.

Please note:

 ・Release dates are determined by the manufacturer and may change without prior notice

 ・Delays may occur due to production or shipping circumstances

 ・Estimated release periods shown on product pages are for reference only

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, all items will be shipped together once every item becomes available.

If you wish to receive in-stock items earlier, please place separate orders.

Items marked as “In-stock (Japan)” are currently available in Japan.

These items are usually consolidated and shipped from Japan at the end of the month in which the order was placed.

Please note:

 ・Orders may require several business days for preparation

 ・International shipping will begin after consolidation is completed

 ・Delivery timing may vary depending on shipping schedules and customs processing

Items marked as “In-stock (Hong Kong)” are already available in Hong Kong.

These items can usually be arranged for:

 ・Local meet-up

 ・Local delivery

within approximately 4–7 business days after payment confirmation.

We currently accept secure online payments through:

 ・Credit / Debit Cards

 ・PayPal

 ・Other payment methods supported at checkout

All prices are displayed in the selected currency for reference.

Final charges may vary slightly depending on your payment provider’s exchange rate or overseas transaction fees.

Orders will be processed after payment has been successfully confirmed.

We currently ship from Japan to multiple countries and regions via Japan Post.

Shipping methods may vary depending on the destination country and item availability.

For customers in Hong Kong, most Japan in-stock and pre-order items are usually consolidated and shipping to Hong Kong at the end of the month.

After the parcel arrives in Hong Kong, local delivery or meet-up arrangements will be made.

Please note:

 ・Shipping schedules may vary depending on product arrival timing

 ・Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped together once all items become available

 ・Additional waiting time may occur during busy periods or manufacturer delays

For customers outside Hong Kong, items will usually be shipped directly from Japan to the customer’s address.

Processing and shipping times may vary depending on:

 ・Destination country 

 ・Shipping Carrier

 ・Customs clearance procedures

Tracking information will be provided once the parcel has been shipped.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country.

Due to the nature of international shopping and character merchandise, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

 ・Change of mind

 ・Personal preference

 ・Minor packaging damage caused during transportation

 ・Manufacturer imperfections that are considered acceptable in Japan

However, if you receive:

 ・The wrong item

 ・A severely damaged item

please contact us within 7 days after receiving your parcel with clear photos.
