Hazukiya is a Japan-based online store established in 2020, specializing in Japanese anime and character goods for customers worldwide.

We carefully source products from Japan.

Please note that:

　・Product colors and appearance may slightly differ depending on your screen settings.

　・Some products may have minor manufacturing imperfections from the original manufacturer.

　・Product availability may change without prior notice.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled after payment unless otherwise stated.

Please make sure your shipping address and contact information are correct before placing your order.

Hazukiya reserves the right to cancel orders in cases such as:

　・Stock unavailability

　・Suspicious or fraudulent activity

We accept payment methods displayed at checkout.

Orders will only be processed after full payment is confirmed.

Shipping times vary depending on the product type and destination.

In-stock (Japan)

Items are usually shipped in bulk to Hong Kong at the end of each month.

In-stock (Hong Kong)

Items located in Hong Kong can usually be arranged for local delivery or meetup within 4–7 business days.

International Orders

For countries outside Hong Kong, orders are shipped directly to customers via international shipping methods.

Please note that delivery delays caused by customs, weather, or shipping carriers are beyond our control.

Pre-order products may require several weeks or months before arrival.

Estimated release periods are provided by manufacturers and may change without notice.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, all items may be shipped together once the pre-order item arrives unless otherwise arranged.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

　・Personal preference

　・Minor packaging damage from shipping

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the parcel with photos attached.

We will review each case individually.
